Our Director of Processes and Quality was interviewed during the STEM WOMEN event and tells us about her role within eks Energy

At eks Energy we are always committed to promoting female talent and the best ambassador of our company in this aspect is our Director of Processes and Quality, Mª Carmen Tenor. She is one of the key figures within our management committee, she is the guarantor that everything we do at eks Energy has quality standards in line with the level of our clients and the projects in which we participate.

As we already told you, eks Energy participated in STEM WOMEN a few weeks ago and during the event they had the opportunity to tell us more about what day-to-day life is like in their position and what role we want STEM talent to play within eks Energy. All this without losing sight of the fact that we have the mission of being a relevant actor in stopping climate change by promoting the massive use of renewable energy thanks to our renewable energy integration systems, as she explains perfectly during the interview.

What Tenor values ​​most about his job is how easy it is to carry it out thanks to the good atmosphere that exists within the company and the professionalism of all the people who make up eks Energy. In addition, his position has great transversality and he is aware of all the processes that occur in all departments, which helps him to have a global vision of the company that few can enjoy. Participating in problem solving, implementing new initiatives, ensuring the quality of eks Energy products and the satisfaction of our customers are just some of the tasks that pose the challenges of being the guarantor of quality in a company that aims to mark the difference in the fight against climate change.
