Their work is more than relevant, as they represent a vital element for our growth as a company, but also for the well-being of all the people who make up our team. This area promotes initiatives and benefit plans that have a direct and positive impact on people, which guarantees an unbeatable environment that generates a high degree of belonging to the organization.
The company has historically promoted high levels of labor flexibility, including mixed office and telecommuting work, in addition to having implemented attractive social benefits packages. All these initiatives are specially designed so that someone who starts working at eks Energy can notice a change in his or her life and feel comfortable while developing as a professional, being able to exploit his or her best version to grow without limits.
In addition, one of the areas of focus for our Human Resources team is to promote campaigns to encourage female talent. Among other initiatives, to promote the presence of women in technical careers, we are giving talks in high schools where female students can see the enormous possibilities that their future career offers them.
To this end, we show examples of women who, within eks Energy, have developed personally and professionally, being able to access high-level technical and management positions. We have also taken part in employment promotion days, such as “Let’s get a job”, organized by ESTIEM at the University of Seville; “Job Ven” at the University of Huelva; the Job Fair at the University of Malaga and the 2023 Linking Week at the University of Baja California in the United States.
But our support for female talent is not limited to providing information, as we encourage the subscription of scholarships and financial aid that can be accessed by female students of any engineering degree, which are directly financed by eks Energy.
In the last two years eks Energy has doubled its workforce, this is largely due to our technical capabilities that enable us to opt for a greater number of projects, but, above all, to the human team that confirms it. In our strategic plan, human capital is one of the key pieces, people with talent and active attitude are more than welcome. We have more and more open positions to fill, so the growth expectations are exponential, by 2023 we plan to cover 76 positions, which makes us have a staff in continuous growth.
This is another of the main tasks of our Human Resources team, to detect talent among all the candidates that come to us, to find profiles that have the potential to develop in an international environment, of continuous improvement, in which they can put all their knowledge and apply it so that we can achieve the ambitious goals that we are going to reach as a team.
We currently have two offices in Seville, one of them recently inaugurated in Torre Sevilla, one of the most emblematic buildings in the city. The bulk of our staff is located there, although we are also expecting important incorporations with the new opening of offices in Miami (United States) and Melbourne (Australia).
In eks Energy we are reaching record business figures, thanks to the development of the new activities derived from the integration with POWIN, we estimate to reach 300M USD in revenues by the end of 2025. In addition to this revenue growth, we continue to work on expanding our production capacity. By the end of 2025 we estimate that we will have more than 8 GW/year. Another major breakthrough will come from the approval of new factories, two of them located in India and the USA, which will be added to those we already have in Spain and South Africa.
In short, after 20 years of hard work, eks Energy has managed to consolidate its position as a worldwide reference in the design and development of products and solutions related to renewable energy generation, as well as its management, control and storage.
